Waterland in Volendam
15-7-2023 Marina Volendam and Waterland Yacht Service are proud to share that Waterland will start the Yacht Service at Marina Volendam this autumn. Marina Volendam and Waterland have known each other for years: they actively work together in De IJsselmeerhavens and are happy to share their knowledge.
Marina Volendam has long been the leading marina in Volendam at the Marinapark. Waterland has been providing winter storage in Monnickendam at Jachthaven Waterland since 2002. The Yacht Service started in 2016 as an extension to the range of services to offer a full-service offer. When it became known this summer that there was a need for a reliable party for yacht service and winter storage, we quickly came together.
Waterland Yacht Service now works from Jachthaven Waterland and employs seven technical colleagues full time. They have a great deal of knowledge and expertise of ships, cranes & jacks, rigging, (small) repairs, antifouling and cleaning. For large refits and special wishes, they will be happy to put you in touch with a suitable partner.
Waterland Yacht Service will start in Volendam at 1 September. Waterland Yacht Service will have two locations. Winter storage and related activities will start in october.
